Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe announced Tuesday that the province would be lifting its proof of vaccination and negative test requirements for businesses and other public venues starting at 12:01 a.m. on Feb. 14. He added that the masking requirement in indoor public spaces would remain in effect until the end of the month.
