After being hit with fifty centimeters of snow last weekend, and another twenty on its way on Tuesday, the City of Moncton is unable to plow sidewalks as there is nowhere to put the snow. As Suzanne Lapointe reports, this is leaving many people with disabilities stranded in their homes.
