Winnipeg Mayor Brian Bowman said Friday that disruption from a protest against COVID-19 mandates at the Manitoba Legislature is “not significant.” Bowman urged “patience and understanding” from both the protesters and the Winnipeggers who might be impacted by the demonstration.
