Two Montreal business owners are speaking out against the Office québécois de la langue française (OQLF). The OQLF sent letters to both establishments even though they aren’t fully operating amid COVID-19 restrictions. As Olivia O’Malley reports, the owners feel that they are being unfairly targeted.
