Alberta’s Industrial Heartland being eyed for cobalt refinery

Plans are under way to build a new cobalt refinery just north of Edmonton in the Industrial Heartland area. The goal is to ensure Canada has a secure supply to power our vehicles, but the end product won’t be gasoline. Provincial affairs reporter Tom Vernon has the details.
