Quebec Premier François Legault announced Tuesday that the province will be rolling back some COVID-19 restrictions in two phases. The phases scheduled for Jan. 31 and Feb. 7, will reopen restaurant dining rooms at 50 per cent capacity and allow for some private gatherings among other rolled back restrictions.
