British Prime Minister Boris Johnson on Monday said England would no longer require people arriving from abroad to take a COVID-19 test if they have been fully vaccinated. Transport Secretary Grant Shapps announced Monday afternoon the change would take effect Feb. 11 at 4 a.m. local time.
