Giving an update on Friday regarding the Jan. 15 incident where an armed man took four people hostage during a 10-hour standoff at a synagogue in Texas, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI’s Dallas Field Office Matthew DeSarno called the incident a “hate crime” fuelled by anti-Semitism and an act of “terrorism.”
