Quebec Premier François Legault announced Tuesday the government would be imposing a health tax on those who refuse to get vaccinated for COVID-19 for non-medical reasons. While no dollar amount was given, Legault said he wanted it to be a "significant" amount, adding the tax would not apply to those with legitimate exemptions.
