Prime Minister Justin Trudeau delivered virtual remarks Saturday during an event marking the second anniversary of the Ukraine International Airlines Flight 752 tragedy. “We will always continue fighting for the accountability, transparency and justice you deserve,” Trudeau said to the families of the victims. More than 100 of the 176 people killed on Jan. 8, 2020 had ties to Canada.
