Ontario NDP Leader Andrea Horwath on Monday responded to news that schools in the province will not reopen until Jan. 17, calling for the government to implement an in-school COVID-19 vaccine blitz and stating that announcing its decision to move schools to online learning just days after saying they would reopen on Jan. 5 was “really disruptive” for parents.
