COVID-19: Montreal ringing in the New Year in lockdown

Montreal’s iconic Old Port New Year’s Eve celebrations and other activities have been cancelled. The flurry of cancellations comes as the province’s new curfew kicks in Friday at 10 p.m. Elizabeth Zogalis reports.
