New Brunswick chief medical officer of health Dr. Jennifer Russell said on Friday that beginning Tuesday, COVID-19 PCR tests will only be used in specific situations, and a positive rapid test will be treated as a positive result. Russell also said vaccinated people who test positive will need to isolate for five days, and all individuals who test positive for COVID-19 will be asked to notify their own contacts and household members.
