Alberta long-term care COVID-19 screening updated in light of Omicron variant

Alberta chief medical officer of health Dr. Deena Hinshaw said the COVID-19 screening protocols are changing for residents and employees of long-term care facilities. One of the changes will include screening and masking for residents who are a close contact of a case or have left the facility for more than 24 hours.
