Major wait times to offload patients at Peterborough Regional Health Centre

Local paramedics have been experiencing significant delays in offloading patients at PRHC. Earlier this week, patients waited up to 10 hours in an ambulance before being transferred to hospital. Jessica Nyznik reports.
