Moment of silence held in House of Commons on 32nd anniversary of Ecole Polytechnique massacre

A moment of silence was held in the House of Commons on Monday for the 32nd anniversary of Montreal’s Ecole Polytechnique massacre. On Dec. 6, 1989, a man opened fire inside the engineering school, killing 14 women and injuring others in what is widely believed to be Canada’s largest mass shooting specifically targeting women.
