B.C. floods: Cooler, drier weather arrives after three atmospheric rivers

The arrival of cooler, drier weather is providing some much-needed breathing room to flood-ravaged areas of the province. A forecast without rain for a couple of days is allowing for crews to reopen important road routes like Highway One through the Fraser Valley — and get a clearer picture of all the damage — and repair work ahead.
