Prime Minister Justin Trudeau spent Friday afternoon touring flood-impacted zones of Abbotsford, B.C., which was largely underwater following catastrophic flooding. Trudeau also spoke with members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF), who were assisting with sandbagging to prepare for two more upcoming rain storms.
