A vital link between two Fraser Valley cities reopened, Thursday, to all traffic. Highway 1 was closed between Abbotsford and Chilliwack for 11 days by floodwaters when a dike along the Sumas River gave way. More than 80,000 vehicles use the stretch of road every day. John Hua reports.
