Doorbell video appears to capture arrest of suspect in Waukesha parade crash

Video captured by a doorbell camera on Nov. 21 appears to show police arrest the man accused of driving an SUV into a Christmas parade in Waukesha, Wisc., that killed five people and injured scores. The video shows the suspect pleading for help and telling a resident he was waiting for an Uber.
