Manitoba Liquor Marts’ theft crackdown paying off, but overall retail theft still an issue

While liquor theft has gone down, a pilot project coming to Manitoba is trying to address growing retail theft and hopefully put prolific offenders behind bars. As Global’s Brittany Greenslade tells us, it’s being lauded as the first of its kind across Canada.
