Man sentenced for assault in connection with Kelowna homicide

A 29-year-old man won’t be serving any more time in custody for his role in a Canada Day incident in downtown Kelowna that left one man dead. Nathan Truant was sentenced to time served and one year of probation for assaulting a young man who was later stabbed to death by another accused.
