Abbotsford Mayor Henry Braun said on Tuesday that flooding in the city was coming from the Nooksack River in the U.S., which spilled its banks on Monday causing catastrophic flooding. He said the city is not receiving enough information from the U.S. to know when the floodwaters will stop inundating the province.
