It is a situation becoming more and more critical with every passing day. As temperatures go down, the need to shelter those experiencing homelessness goes up. Kelowna's homeless shelters are filled to capacity leaving dozens of people to sleep in the frigid weather. Klaudia Van Emmerik reports.
