Canada-U.S. land border reopens to non-essential travel

The United States finally reopens its land border to non-essential travel for the first time in nearly two years. As Mike Le Couteur reports, pressure is growing on Ottawa to scrap its requirement for anyone entering Canada to present a negative PCR test.
