As the Canada-U.S. border reopened to non-essential travellers on Monday, U.S. Rep. Brian Higgins joined four mayors of border towns to call on the Canadian federal government to drop the PCR test requirement for re-entering the country, calling it “unnecessary” and “inconsistent.”
