Winnipeg Jets Owner Mark Chipman defended General Manager Kevin Cheveldayoff, after NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman cleared him of responsibility in the Chicago Blackhawks sexual abuse scandal. Chipman said Cheveldayoff didn’t know the extent of the abuse but that if he had known “the Kevin Cheveldayoff that I know would have acted and would have done whatever it took to make sure that Kyle received incredible levels of support.”
