Friday, the Kelowna Rockets are in Langley to face the Vancouver Giants, who like the Victoria Royals are now allowed to sell tickets to a full crowd. But as Travis Lowe reports in this week’s Rockets Report, Kelowna along with Kamloops and Prince George are still capped at half capacity.
