Believe BC : Whistler woman turns lay off into successful catering company

Amy Mac used her own experience to figure out what was missing in the catering department. She created Whistler Picnic which specializes in charcuterie boards and fills a niche market by catering at different times of day. Her idea has taken off and she's barely able to keep up with the business.
