Peterborough County OPP say a pedestrian was killed after being struck by a vehicle along Division Road in Otonabee-South Monaghan Township on Tuesday evening.
The collision occurred around 6 p.m. OPP have determined the westbound vehicle struck a pedestrian who had just gotten off their motorcycle and was walking along the roadway.
The victim was taken to hospital where they were pronounced deceased, OPP said.
The collision remains under investigation.
