Peterborough 24-hour emergency overflow shelter to remain open throughout winter

Peterborough city council on Monday night decided the Wolfe St. emergency overflow shelter would not see a reduction of its operating hours.
In the meantime, the city will be working to provide increased security measures to the surrounding community in response to complaints.
