Lebanon residents express frustration after 2 main power plants shut down due to fuel shortage

Residents in Beirut, Lebanon expressed frustration on Saturday over the lack of electricity after the country’s two main power plants had to shut down due to running out of fuel. Officials said the country’s power network was unlikely to restart until at least Monday.
