It's that time of year again when themes of evil and horror seep into mainstream culture and many of us flock to tourist attractions featuring creepy characters and haunted environments. Our hearts begin to race, eyes dilate and screams ensue. But why do people enjoy stirring up these seemingly negative emotions? Minna Rhee reports.
