Trudeau absent for ceremony honouring residential school victims in Kamloops, B.C.

One of Canada's largest ceremonies to mark the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation was held in Kamloops, B.C., where in May, the remains of 215 children were discovered at the site of the former Kamloops Indian Residential School. As Neetu Garcha reports, the Tk'emlúps te Secwépemc First Nation invited Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to attend the event, but he was headed to Tofino for a family vacation instead.
