A doctor in northern Ontario has been barred from giving vaccination exemption notes and can't prescribe certain drugs. The College of Physicians and Surgeons says Dr. Patrick Phillips has used social media to make misleading and incompetent statements about COVID-19 and treatments. As Sean O'Shea reports, the doctor says he's proud of what he's done.
