National Transportation Safety Board investigators say they are going through video from the Amtrak train that jumped its tracks and derailed on Saturday. Vice-Chairman Bruce Landsberg said Monday that according to preliminary reports from the locomotive recorder, the train was travelling between 75 and 78 miles per hour when it derailed but the speed limit for that section of track for passenger trains was 79 miles per hour.
