We talk with Eric Jonsson, Program Coordinator with Navigator Street Outreach Program about their recent count of people sleeping outside in Halifax. The goal is to connect with people who may not be currently served by the existing social services, and to highlight the number of people sleeping outside, and any issues they may be facing.
