Beginning at 9 p.m. on Tuesday, both of the ramps leading on and off of the eastern portion of the Gardiner Expressway will be closed permanently. With construction planned to last until 2024, many commuters and cyclists aren’t pleased about the road ahead. Matthew Bingley reports.
