Conservative leader Erin O’Toole criticized on Thursday Prime Minister Trudeau’s handling of the evacuation mission from Afghanistan, saying he’s “wasted months with inaction” and calling an election in the middle of an international crisis. “The Trudeau government failed to act, and they have abandoned people on the ground,” he said.
