There was a brief court appearance in Sorel on Monday afternoon for the accused in a shooting in Contrecoeur on Sunday evening that injured five, including a 9-year-old child. The suspect, who faces charges of attempted murder and aggravated assault, among others, will be back in court on Wednesday. Global’s Olivia O’Malley has the details.
