The Quebec government has changed its position regarding mask-wearing in CEGEPs and universities. This comes two weeks after it announced masks would not be necessary for post-secondary institutions. As Olivia O'Malley reports, students, faculty and staff who are set to start within days are relieved but say more can be done.
