A number of environmentalists made it clear to Kelowna City Council Tuesday night that they were extremely opposed to McKinley Beach's latest development application. After almost three hours of public opposition council were forced to defer the decision for two weeks. As Travis Lowe reports the decision was made because City Staff failed to make a several requests for recent traffic impact studies available to the public.
