The New York State Assembly’s Judiciary Committee met to discuss impeachment proceedings against Gov. Andrew Cuomo on Monday. Committee Chair Charles Lavine said that Cuomo will have the opportunity to address issues of sexual harassment, using public resources to write his book, preferential access to COVID-19 testing allegations and any other issues he wishes to address.
