Point Roberts border reopening confusion

Fully vaccinated Americans are now able to cross the border and travel into Canada for non-essential trips. But as Point Roberts Chamber of Commerce president Brian Calder tells Sophie Lui, there is some confusion over the rules for the residents of their small community.
