Dozens attended a sit-in vigil at city hall in the Montreal suburb of Repentigny on Wednesday. Organizers said they want justice for Jean-René Oliver, a 37-year-old Black man who was shot dead by police after his family called for help. As Global’s Olivia O’Malley reports, they are calling for an end to anti-Black racism and racial profiling.
