Mixed-and-matched COVID-19 vaccines affect Canadian travellers

Many Canadians got one COVID-19 vaccine, and then another kind for their second shot, after being told it was a safe thing to do and the quickest way to be immunized. Now, cruise lines in the United States say they do not see mixing-and-matching as being “fully vaccinated.” Julia Wong reports.
