The borough of Pierrefonds-Roxboro has voted on new traffic-calming measures to help slow traffic on Lalande Boulevard. The move comes following the death of 15-year-old Anjelica John last month. The teen was fatally struck by a vehicle as she was walking along the street to catch the bus to school. Global’s Victoria Bakos reports.
