St. Thomas University to help international students who need to quarantine

The federal restrictions on international travelers who aren’t vaccinated with a vaccine approved by Health Canada is forcing at least one university to create a contingency plan. St. Thomas University in Fredericton will help international students weather the required two-week quarantine. Nathalie Sturgeon has the story.
