‘He loved to make people happy’: Const. Northrup’s wife remembers fallen officer during funeral

At the funeral of Const. Jeff Northrup, Margaret Northrup remembered her husband who died earlier this month in the line of duty as someone who “loved to make people happy.” She remembered him for “making people feel good even through their stomachs,” in reference to Sunday breakfasts and brownies he made for others. She also told her children their father would want them to live life to the fullest.
