Laval families say they have been scammed by real estate developer

Hundreds of families in Laval, Que., say they have been scammed out of thousands of dollars after a developer who was constructing their homes filed for bankruptcy. A police investigation has been launched into the company and as Olivia O'Malley reports, now the city is stepping in to help the victims.
